Q. Does Pro Cycle accept credit cards ?

A. Pro Cycle does not accepts credit cards.

Q. Does Pro Cycle really have all the listed motors available for shipping ?

A. Pro Cycle does not hold any of the motos listed on our website. We can bring you any of the motors listed in the "NEW MOTORS" category from our supplier within 7 business days. Motors listed under "USED MOTORS" category are available for immediate shipping from their respective owners.

Q. What is the currency used?

A. We provide 3 currencies at this time: GBP(British Pounds), EURO(European Currency) and USD(UnitedStatesDollar), however we will refer the prices to $USD dollar, because this is the currency in which we are buying from our suppliers.

Q. What are the payment options?

A. We provide an escrow payment from TripleDeal.Com, expenses at your own cost and DirectPayment to our bank account based on the Invoice we`ll send you after your order successfully completed. We will offer Free Shipping to customers who choose to pay by DirectPayment.

Q. What are the shipping options?

A. For most of our vehicles, we provide shipping from  1aaMOTORCYCLES Transport or ShippingMasters .

Q. Can I get a printed receipt for my payment?

A. Yes. After the completion of our convenient payment and shipping options, you can print the order confirmation screen that will contain all pertinent of your payment information. Pro Cycle  also sends this same information to you automatically, via e-mail.

Q. What do you consider my billing address?

A. Your billing address is the same address information on file with your credit card. When entering this information during the Registration process it is important that you enter this information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If the information is not accurate, we may not be able ship you the item.

Q. I purchased a few items from you during the same timeframe. Can you ship them together?

A. Yes, we are able to accommodate this request. We have multiple processing facilities and items may be shipped from different locations.

Q. How do you calculate shipping costs?

A. We use an average shipping cost based upon the weight of the item. The shipping cost will be included into the Order message confirmation you`ll receive on purchase.

Q. How do I track my shipment?

A. Once we ship your order you receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment. This includes a tracking number and a link to our carrier`s web site where you can track the progress of your shipment. Please note, we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your shipment; tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier`s system.

Q. What do I do if my shipment never arrived?

A. Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still has not arrived, please use the link to the carrier`s web site provided in the "shipment confirmation e-mail" we sent to you to investigate — or contact support@pro-cycle.co.uk

Q. I received my product damaged. What do I do?

A. We professionally package safetly our products to ensure that they reach you in the best condition. If your product is damaged, please save all packaging and e-mail support@pro-cycle.co.uk . We will respond to your claim on the following business day to resolve the matter.

Q. Can I have an item delivered to a P.O. Box?

A. Sorry, but we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Q. Can I have a package delivered without a signature requirement?

A. You may have a package delivered without a signature requirement. However, some carriers will not leave packages at certain residences due to their own security and delivery guidelines. In these cases, the driver will leave a "call tag" with a number you can call to reschedule delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone can accept and sign for your package.

Q. How do I ship items to a different address?

A. You must send us an e-mail at support@pro-cycle.co.uk  and specify where you want your purchase shipped. It can be different from your registration billing address. You may specify any ship-to street address within Europe countries and USA States. For high value items, we may require that we ship the item to your bill to address if the ship to address is not the same.
